    Job Description

    Members serve full-time (36-40 hrs/week), live in shared housing, and primarily walk, bike, or use transit. About 10% of hours support community or cultural activities. Key skills include communication, flexibility, trauma-informed care, youth development, and cultural responsiveness. Responsibilities include delivering prevention and mental-health education, building community partnerships, creating inclusive materials, supporting school programs, conducting assessments, and assisting with grants, reporting, and program evaluation. Members engage in professional development, collaborate with diverse populations, and promote programs through outreach. Requires a related bachelor's degree or experience, prevention knowledge, background checks, CPR/First Aid, and tech proficiency. Physical demands include light lifting and regular movement. Members also support meetings, agency events, confidentiality, and program sustainability.
