Description Questions Mohave College is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic Youth Programs Teachers to lead engaging educational experiences for students in our Community Education and Youth Programs. This position reports directly to the Community Education Program Managers and supports a variety of youth-focused classes, camps, and enrichment programs across all campuses.

Typical Duties • Deliver engaging lessons, activities, and hands-on projects for youth programs and camps. • Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts. • Supervise students during class time, transitions. • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment. • Assist with classroom setup, organization, and clean-up. • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families as needed. • Follow all federal, state, and local regulations related to youth programming. • Perform other duties as assigned to support program success.

Ability to follow directions and collaborate with a team CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree is required, often with an emphasis on education or a specific subject area. Classroom experience or current college coursework in education or child development required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow directions and collaborate with a team. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
