We're currently looking for 3 energetic coaches to join our St. Louis team and lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.


About Soccer Shots


Soccer Shots provides premier children's soccer experiences through weekly soccer sessions for kids ages 2–8 at preschools, childcare centers, and neighborhood parks.


We operate year-round, with seasonal programs including:


Fall
️ Winter
Spring
️ Summer 

️ Before You Apply

We're looking for candidates who:


Already reside in the St. Louis metro area


Can travel to locations throughout St. Charles County, including O'Fallon, St. Peters, and Lake St. Louis


Can successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check


Can complete required fingerprinting through MOVECHS


Ready to start training within 14 days of the interview


What You'll Be Doing


You'll lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using our proven Soccer Shots curriculum.


Your job is about much more than soccer!


Arrive on time and follow safety and attendance procedures
Make soccer fun and exciting
Build confidence and character
Teach basic soccer skills through engaging activities
Create positive experiences for every child
Communicate with families and teachers
Set up and pack away equipment

No two classes are exactly the same — and that's what makes coaching so much fun!

What You'll Need

We're looking for coaches who are:


Energetic, reliable, and organized
Comfortable working with young children
Able to model children's soccer skills
Professional and dependable
Ready to be an enthusiastic member of our coaching team


You'll also need:


A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
An active mobile phone with a data plan
A high school diploma or equivalent
Be at least 18 years old for school-based locations
Ability to successfully complete required background and clearance procedures
