About the Role:
Youth Athletes United is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Sports Coach to join our team in Jupiter, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in young athletes' lives by building confidence, skills, and a love for fitness and sport. Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead engaging youth sports sessions and fitness activities
• Teach fundamental athletic skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork to youth participants
• Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training
• Provide positive reinforcement and individualized coaching to help athletes grow
• Communicate progress and updates with parents and guardians as needed
• Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions
• Maintain a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment for all skill levels

Requirements:

• Prior experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth in a sports or fitness setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for youth development
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Background check required
