About the Role:
Youth Athletes United is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Sports Coach to join our team in Royal Palm Beach, FL! Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead engaging youth sports sessions and fitness activities
• Instruct young athletes in proper techniques, rules, and sportsmanship
• Monitor and evaluate athlete progress, adjusting coaching methods as needed
• Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding athlete development
• Ensure all equipment and facilities meet safety standards before each session
• Assist in organizing youth sports events, drills, and team-building exercises

Requirements:

• Previous experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth in a sports or fitness setting
• Strong knowledge of youth sports, athletic training, or physical education
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills
• Ability to work with children of varying ages and skill levels (2-10 years old)
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive role model for young athletes
• Background check required
