Youth Sports Coordinator

Description: The Webster School District is seeking a dedicated Youth Sports Coordinator beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. This individual will collaborate with the High School Athletic Director and varsity coaches to develop, organize, and oversee youth sports programs throughout the district. The Youth Sports Coordinator will play a key role in fostering athletic participation, skill development, and a positive experience for student-athletes.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fundamentals and rules of all sports. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills are required. Must have the ability to work collaboratively with coaches, families, and school staff to support and grow youth athletic programs.
