Youth Sports Instructor - Flag Football

i9 Sports is looking for an enthusiastic Youth Sports Instructor to lead weekly Flag Football Training Sessions. You'll teach age-appropriate fundamentals, encourage teamwork and sportsmanship, and help young athletes build confidence while having fun. If you enjoy teaching the game and creating a positive experience for kids, we'd love to have you on our team.

Schedule
Weekly training sessions held once per week for six consecutive weeks. Days and times vary by location.

This is a great opportunity for teachers, coaches, college students, former athletes, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and sports.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging training sessions focused on flag football fundamentals.
• Teach age-appropriate skills in a positive and encouraging environment.
• Promote teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship.
• Communicate with athletes and parents in a friendly, professional, and positive manner.
• Create a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for every athlete.
• Represent i9 Sports with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Experience playing, coaching, or officiating football preferred.
• Strong understanding of flag football fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with kids.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead groups independently.
