The Treasure Valley Family YMCA is seeking Part-Time Youth Sports Referees for the Fall 2026 season. This role is responsible for ensuring the rules of the game they are officiating are being followed by all players, following Y Character Values. We hire Referees for Soccer, Volleyball, and Y-Ball.
Y Sports offer a fun and supportive environment to develop physical skills, build confidence, and learn the value of teamwork and sportsmanship. These programs promote healthy living habits, encourage social interaction and help children set and achieve goals. Beyond the physical benefits, Y sports foster personal growth, teaching kids' important values like caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility, which they can carry with them both on and off the field.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position averaging 10-20 hours weekly. Work locations will vary based on sports season and needs. Schedule requirements are Thursday Evenings and Saturdays, 8:00am-4:00pm. Pay is $13.45/hour.
