We’re seeking a high-energy and motivated Site Manager who is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must be organized and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer-service oriented company so those who have had experience "wowing" customers are perfect for the job.
This position is based in the Hayward / San Leandro Area, California, with work primarily taking place on Saturdays.
Duties
- Field set up and breakdown for game day events
- Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
- Supervise the overall operation of a venue ensuring sports programs operate on schedule
- Demonstrate core company culture, including Sportsmanship values
- Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
- Act as the main point of contact on the field, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and superior customer service skills with parents, participants, and staff.
Position Type: Part-Time W-2 Employee (usually on Saturdays)

- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety and enjoyment of players

- Ability to work on the weekends (this role is primarily focused on Saturdays)
