The City of Worcester is seeking qualified applicants for Youth Worker II for the Division of Youth Opportunities (DYO) within the Department of Health and Human Services. Under the direction of the Site Coordinator and Assistant Site Coordinator, the Youth Worker II will implement and lead activities for athletic, academic, and art programming for the youth participants at the Recreation Worcester summer sites. The position will execute programming at the Recreation Worcester sites and communicate policy and procedures to participants, while ensuring to provide a safe, clean, and fun environment.
