Catering Manager - Zaxby's (Greenville & Spartanburg Areas)
Full-Time | $55,000/year + Bonus Opportunities | Multiple Sites
Zaxby's is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Catering Manager to expand and oversee our catering operations across the Greenville and Spartanburg markets. If you enjoy building partnerships, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional food and service, this position could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in local catering sales and develop new business opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with schools, companies, churches, and community groups
- Manage the catering process from initial inquiry through order fulfillment and delivery
- Oversee food preparation accuracy, timely deliveries, and on-site setup for events
- Recruit, train, and supervise catering team members when necessary
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service standards
- Monitor sales targets, maintain reports, and manage catering inventory
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Prior sales, catering, or restaurant experience preferred
- Able to work independently and juggle multiple orders and events
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required
- Positive, customer-first attitude
