Zero Proof Bartender (AY 26-27 902322)

Design and deliver high-quality zero proof beverage events by curating and serving distinctive drink flavors and creating an engaging and welcoming environment for students to gather and socialize.

Pay

This position is compensated at the Level B rate on the Midd student wage scale: $14.95 per hour.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and serve distinct zero proof drink flavors appealing to college students using non-alcoholic ingredients
• Attend to bar setup and cleanup and drink management for efficient workflow, including managing inventory levels, prebatch production and storage, accurate measuring and materials labeling, and safe and hygienic drink handling practices
• Provide engaging and timely customer service, including a welcoming environment with decorations, signage, and educational materials
• Assist in event promotion, including social media and flyer design, posting, and distribution
• Provide active and passive education on harm reduction and resources for challenges with substance use
