Title: Zero Trust Security Analyst

Compensation:Pay Range:$64.00-$69.00 Per Hr
DescriptionThe role is set in a hybrid work environment in the Pensacola, FL area.
The Zero Trust Security Analyst will analyze network, identity, and access configurations to support Zero Trust security policies.
Key responsibilities include working with various teams to ensure policies are based on an accurate understanding of the current environment.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of network security fundamentals and experience with enterprise firewall rule-bases.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing network security rules and access controls for Zero Trust applicability.
Review identity sources to identify reusable groupings for Zero Trust enforcement.
Assess application access patterns to understand required network paths.
Identify and remediate gaps or overly permissive rules to align with Zero Trust principles.
Document security findings and provide inputs for rule implementation.
QualificationsStrong understanding of network security fundamentals.
Experience analyzing enterprise firewall rule-bases.
Familiarity with identity-based access controls.
Ability to interpret complex security configurations into actionable requirements.
Experience documenting security findings clearly.
