Position: Assembly Operator (Temp-to-Hire)

Job Summary

HTI is hiring Assembly Operators for ZF Transmissions in Gray Court, SC. These are temp-to-hire manufacturing roles with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime.

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Operator, you will:

• Follow all safety rules based on Job Safety Analysis (JSA) studies within your assigned area
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely; make needed adjustments per site SOPs and JSAs
• Operate basic production and assembly equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area
• Complete other duties as assigned

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift — $16.50/hr

• 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM

2nd Shift — $17.50/hr

• 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM

3rd Shift — $17.50/hr

• 10:00 PM – 6:15 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM

Requirements

• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
• Must be able to understand and respond to visual/audible notifications unless otherwise stated by the client
