Work with the Ziggi’s Family to train employees and prepare the new stores for opening and operating. Must be ready to lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and always provide superior communication!
Key Responsibilities:
• Training new staff during store openings
• Ensure the Ziggi’s “Standards of Service” are always in place – exceptional customer service, excellent drink/food quality, accuracy, consistency, and speed of service.
• Teaching and coaching on all Ziggi's Coffee policies and procedures.
• Be comfortable making corrections with staff when a process, recipe, or procedure isn't being done correctly.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of Ziggi’s
• This is a full-time position with schedule requirements for nights and weekends. In-state and out of state travel will be required.

• Have prior coffee experience (preferred, but not required)
• Have flexible availability throughout the week and/or on weekends to work morning, mid-day, and/or closing shifts.
• Travel required – can be frequent.
• Have prior cash-handling and customer service experience.
• Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs and spend an entire shift on your feet.
• Adhere to Ziggi’s Coffee policies and brand values and are eager to master recipes and procedures.
