Responsibilities

  • Respond to Zillow buyer leads promptly and professionally
  • Conduct needs assessments with prospective buyers
  • Schedule and lead property showings
  • Guide clients through the offer and negotiation process
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and active clients
  • Stay current on Albuquerque market trends, inventory, and pricing
  • Log all activity and client communication in the CRM

Qualifications

  • Active New Mexico real estate license
  • Proven sales experience
  • CRM experience preferred
  • High availability and responsiveness.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
