Main purpose of the Role:
Generate profitable business for ZIM Logistics USA within the assigned territory. Identify areas of growth and potential opportunities, constantly work to increase sales for Air, Ground and Ocean Freight and all other added value services, warehousing, customs brokerage, cargo insurance, and more. Provide logistics and operational insight within their knowledge of the business.
A self-motivated individual, who supports day-to-day Sales and Marketing activities.
Main Tasks:
Requirements:
Bilingual and proficient in both English and Chinese (mandatory).
College Degree in Economics/ Business Management/ Marketing/ Logistics/ International Negotiation, International Commerce, or related field (highly preferred).
Min. 3-year experience in a Freight Forwarding or NVOCC in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development roles (mandatory).
Magaya Software knowledge (preferred).
E2Open Software knowledge (preferred).
Regulations Knowledge for IMPORT and EXPORT in both AIR and OCEAN (preferred).
Salary - up to $100,000 annually DOE
