Compensation range: $20 base pay + Commission (Earn up to $30 per hour):
This position is compensated through a combination of a base hourly rate plus commission based on a variety of factors such as sales volume, product type and promotional event category. A complete commission schedule will be provided upon hire. Top performers regularly earn $30+/hour with the opportunity to earn up to $35 per hour.
Qualifications:
We're looking for dependable, outgoing individuals who:
- Are 18+ years old
- Have consistent weekend availability (Typical Shifts are 7-8 hours)
- Have reliable transportation (Must transport Demo Kit – Table, Tote, Cooler)
- Can lift and transport up to 40 lbs.
- Are comfortable standing for 7–8-hour shifts
- Communicate confidently with customers
- Are coachable and professional
No Experience Required – Paid Training Provided(Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, promotions, customer service, or product demonstrations helpful, but not required.)

Responsibilities:
- Represent and promote Zipfizz products in Costco and at events
- Conduct product demos and engage customers
- Educate shoppers on product benefits
- Drive sales and answer customer questions
- Maintain organized displays and sampling areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
