The Pittsburgh Paints Company is currently searching for a Zone Business Development Manager to work with large key commercial accounts. You will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of these accounts and build opportunities for PPC Paints Commercial brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to drive double digit growth within the specified accounts.
- Day to day accountability including volume and profitability objectives; relationships management (growth and sustainability), and company liaison objective.
- Strategic development of relationship to drive communication, trust, respect through understanding the customers market and perspective.
- Formal meeting, presentation, negotiation, and timeline preparation. Responsible for internal and external customer communication, monthly/quarterly meetings, forecasting, promotion-related opportunities and change management.
- Work closely with the GC CAM, Corporate Account and Specification Team’s to drive market share through collaboration with Key Strategic targets.
- Partner with zone, regional, and field sales team to mentor and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar or equivalent experience with 5+ years within a sales role.
- Recognized sales performance and prior paint and coatings experience is a plus.
- An understanding of current and emerging market trends with the ability to market new ways the product can serve customers.
- SAP/PowerBI/Excel/CRM knowledge preferred.
