Your role:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of approximately 6-7 Imaging Informatics Sales Specialists responsible for Radiology, Cardiology, Advanced Visualization, Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud, and enterprise imaging solutions.

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive pipeline growth, demand generation, customer engagement, and achievement of annual operating plan (AOP) objectives across the South Zone.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including sales leadership, channel partners, service, marketing, executive leadership, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) teams to accelerate business growth and customer success.

  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and executive customers while providing leadership on complex enterprise imaging opportunities, including Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and imaging informatics solutions.

  • Serve as a key member of the market leadership team, providing commercial leadership, forecasting, business planning, and strategic direction while helping shape the continued growth of Philips' Imaging Informatics business.

You're the right fit if:

Previous experience leading geographically dispersed sales organizations with responsibility for coaching and developing high-performing sales teams is required.

  • Your skills include commercial strategy, sales coaching, pipeline management, demand generation, executive customer engagement, business planning, forecasting, and achieving large revenue targets. Experience with cloud-based imaging solutions, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace, enterprise imaging, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and complex healthcare sales environments is highly preferred.

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Advanced business or healthcare-related education is a plus.

  • You're a strategic, customer-focused leader who brings immediate credibility within the radiology imaging informatics market, excels at developing high-performing teams, influences cross-functional stakeholders, and thrives leading complex enterprise sales opportunities. Candidates located within the South Zone are preferred, although location flexibility is available for highly qualified candidates.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is a field role.
