About the Job

We're seeking an experienced client success leader to oversee CareATC's West region and make client relationships a continued driver of retention and growth.

You'll lead a team of Client Success Directors and Associate Client Success Directors, provide strategic oversight across a significant portfolio of employer clients, and build trusted relationships with key decision-makers. You'll also identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and share responsibility for zone financial outcomes alongside Medical and Operational leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Client Success Directors and Associate Client Success Directors
• Drive client retention, satisfaction, and account growth across the West region
• Build and strengthen relationships with executive-level client stakeholders and key decision-makers
• Develop strategic account plans based on client needs, business priorities, and growth opportunities
• Identify and advance opportunities to expand existing relationships through additional services and solutions
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability across the Client Success team
• Partner across Medical, Operations, Growth, Marketing, and other teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Collaborate with zone leadership to support financial performance and broader business objectives
• Navigate complex client challenges and develop solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of successful sales, client success, account management, or related business experience
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams of professionals
• Proven experience growing an existing book of business through upselling, expanded services, or strategic account growth
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect client strategy to commercial and financial outcomes
• Ability to build trusted relationships with and influence senior and executive-level decision-makers
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare industry knowledge or experience strongly preferred
• Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic, multi-state environment
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel and occasional evening or weekend commitments
