Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Six months of customer service experience are required. Must possess a Driver license. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays on a varying schedule. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis. Experience as a tour guide, an attraction guide or public speaking is preferred.

Duties include providing narrated upbeat and exciting tours through VIP cart tours and/or driving trams for Zoo Miami guests.
