Job Title: Zumba® Instructor at Speer YMCADescription: Seeking an energetic and passionate Zumba® Instructor to lead engaging group fitness classes. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming and inclusive environment, motivate participants of all fitness levels, and deliver high-quality, safe, and fun workouts that align with YMCA standards.Duties:Lead dynamic and safe Zumba® classes for members of varying fitness levelsCreate a positive, inclusive, and motivating class environmentBuild strong relationships with members and encourage ongoing participationArrive prepared with structured class plans and appropriate musicEnsure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelinesProvide modifications and support to accommodate different abilitiesRepresent the YMCA's mission and values in all interactionsRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageCurrent Zumba® Instructor Certification requiredStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to connect with and engage diverse populationsDemonstrated ability to build rapport and inspire othersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust pass a 10-panel drug screenMust successfully complete a Level 2 background check*Pay & Perks: Part-time, $20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
