To be considered for Remote Technical Support & Onsite Field Service Engineer, we require the following: Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent plus demonstrated relevant experience (Audio Visual/Broadcast systems) bachelor's degree preferred. As a Remote Technical Support & Onsite Field Service Engineer, you'll primarily provide remote technical support from your home office but also travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time to perform event support, on-site service, and installations.
