Client Services Provide direct client services when high volume show rates occur or with staff absence which includes accurately gathering clients medical data: includes taking heights/lengths, weights and using a lancet to draw a finger poke blood sample for hemoglobin and lead tests for women, infants and children ages 1 to 5. Responsibilities include: • Customer service • Ensuring medical data is collected accurately • Daily management of staff and services • Providing direct client services as needed • A thorough knowledge of WIC program policies and procedures • Employee will provide support during public health emergencies.
