Work directly alongside Superintendents and field leadership to support daily site operations and project execution from mobilization through turnover Assist with crew coordination, manpower planning, subcontractor oversight, and field activity sequencing Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project schedules Support field quantity tracking, productivity reporting, and installed work verification Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and project logistics to maintain schedule Track field progress and communicate updates, delays, and issues to the project management team Assist with quality control inspections, punch lists, and project turnover documentation Participate in pre-task planning, job hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and site safety initiatives Maintain accurate daily reports, field logs, and photo documentation Attend site meetings, contractor coordination meetings, and client walkthroughs as required Troubleshoot field issues and assist with resolving real-time construction challenges alongside field leadership.
