Position Function: In the Department of Facilities Management, the Construction Administrator for Work Management provides oversight of project scopes, budgets, contracts, designs, bids, construction compliance with codes and contracts, and day-to-day operational and tactical aspects associated with projects involving renovations, alterations and/or in-house projects. Minimum Qualifications: Level I- Bachelor''s Degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Project Administration or related field plus 2 years of experience in Management of commercial construction projects and/or processes as a contractor, design professional, owner's representative, etc.
