p>This role will also serve as a Compliance/Automation Supervisor supporting ISO documentation, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, automation projects, and operational scalability efforts, including understanding workflow design and assisting with the development of new production lines and process optimization. This position works cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Security, HR, Facilities, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure operational excellence, audit preparedness, risk mitigation, environmental responsibility, automation readiness, and regulatory compliance.
