Your Opportunity: As a Hospitality Scheduling Specialist for Greenheck Group you will be responsible for providing best-in-class hospitality for on-site and virtual customer events and working closely with the Education Center staff to deliver an exceptional experience for all guests. What youll be doing: Communicate with area sales managers and rep partner offices to define the purpose, objective, and topics to be covered during the visit, establish dates of visit and obtain information on attendees.
