You will recruit, train, coach, and manage roofing sales representatives, spend meaningful time in the field on ride-alongs and closing support, inspect pipeline and KPI performance weekly, and partner closely with operations to ensure clean contracts and smooth installation handoffs. As Trinity Total Home continues to expand nationally, successful leaders will have opportunities to take on larger teams, additional markets, new product lines, and expanded leadership responsibilities.
