Come make your mark. </p><p>This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location. </p><p>This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. </p><h5>What You'll Do: </h5><ul><li>Lead finance and operations value creation initiatives: assessing an organization's people, process and technology to develop quantitative/qualitative recommendations and value-creation roadmap </li><li>Design and execute implementation plans to drive cash flow and cost optimization across Contract-to-Cash, Procure-to-Payment, Forecast-to-Fulfillment processes </li><li>Design and execute future state operating models e.g., organization structure, operating procedures, technology enablement (ERP, bespoke technology, third-party applications) </li><li>Establish and drive transformation program governance to support multi-workstream engagements </li><li>Measure and track KPI and initiative ROI to support targeted realization benefits </li><li>Provide practical solutions and leading practices to enable and sustain results </li><li>Manage workstreams and programs, under the guidance of Accordion Managing Directors and/or Senior Directors, in addition to junior resources (Vice Presidents, Associates, or Analysts) </li><li>Interact and build relationships with C-level personnel at portfolio companies as well as representatives from private equity sponsors </li><li>Assist in growing the firm by identifying and driving business development activities – coordinating proposals across multiple practices </li><li>Take a lead role on internal firm initiatives to enhance our ability to serve clients and continually improve our internal capabilities </li><li>Travel to client site as needed </li></ul><h5>You Have: </h5><ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience working in a client serving role at a top-tier consulting firm and/or mix of client service and private industry experience at a senior level </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus </li><li>Proven experience successfully managing multi-sector engagements and coordinating internal teams, managing not only client/sponsor but internal team dynamics as well </li><li>Deep knowledge and experience in overseeing or driving change in business processes including contract-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, FP&A, as well as other functions under the CFO purview </li><li>Demonstrated and current knowledge of leading practices specifically related to the professionalization of the finance function </li><li>Extensive expertise related to the design and implementation of strategies, processes and technology optimizing cash flow, increasing effectiveness, and improving enterprise value </li></ul><h5>You Are: </h5><ul><li>A self-starter with a strong work ethic </li><li>A leader of others; you lead by example </li><li>A strong team player, able to work with team members across all levels </li><li>Able to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to senior team members when necessary </li><li>Comfortable managing projects with multiple complex workstreams while also focused on your single workstream (you are managing and doing). </li><li>Excited to be part of a growing team, with a focus on driving future growth </li><li>Full of entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fluid, flat organization </li><li>Knowledgeable about the relationship between Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies </li><li>Passionate about delivering exceptional client service </li><li>Someone who enjoys mentoring others and doing meaningful work </li><li>Willing to get your hands dirty in the details of a project while simultaneously seeing the whole picture </li></ul><p>The annual salary for this role ranges from: $210,000 to $250,000 + benefits + bonus.
