Nice-to-have / previously discussedIgnition came up earlier as a harder-to-find / higher-priced skill set, but the immediate needs they specifically called out were the four above. They could likely use 6–8 total people across the skill sets below, but even 1–2 strong hires immediately would help relieve pressure.
