This position focuses on installation, system startup, finishing work, and ensuring all equipment is installed and operating according to builder and company standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install and complete residential HVAC systems, including furnaces and air conditioning units </li><li>Set registers, grills, and finalize duct connections </li><li>Perform system startups, evacuations, and refrigerant charging </li><li>Test systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency </li><li>Troubleshoot installation issues and verify compliance with specifications </li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites </li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion </li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience </li><li>Proven experience with new construction installations and system startups </li><li>Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, airflow, and performance </li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record </li><li>Must supply own hand tools </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li></ul>This position requires hands-on residential HVAC experience. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered. Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
