Ability to regularly tour existing and prospective properties, and active construction sites, including walking units, common areas, and grounds, navigating uneven terrain, climbing stairs, and working in outdoor weather conditions. The Portfolio Preservation Manager will work across Aeon departments, and with public agencies, lenders, and investors, to identify and execute opportunities for asset repositioning, recapitalization, refinancing, and reinvestment that strengthen portfolio performance and sustain long-term impact.
