This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong business judgment, and the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information to physician shareholders who approach decisions from a clinical and financial lens. CPA and/or MBA preferred - Strong GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling expertise - Exceptional presentation and communication skills - Ability to operate effectively in a complex, physician-led environment.
