As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time, on-site position located at 5205 University Parkway Winston-Salem, NC 27016. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer queries, assisting clients with insurance solutions, analyzing client needs, and delivering personalized service to meet their expectations.
