Bachelor’s preferred.</li><li>3-5 years of current loan origination experience.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Current NMLS and the ability to obtain additional company-paid licensing.</li><li>Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer.</li><li>Self-motivated, self-starting professional.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
