The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the organization’s fundraising strategies to support community programs focused on housing, health, immigration, and justice. Reporting to the CEO and supervising one Communications Specialist, the CDO leads efforts in major gifts, grants, institutional partnerships, and donor communications, with hands-on involvement in all development activities.
