Drive the efficient, effective, and scalable operation of the operations team in partnership with investigative and research teams; Strengthen the collaboration between editorial, partnership, and operational functions work together—and with other departments—to maximize impact; Optimize the integration of technology, data systems, and operational tools across workstreams to improve efficiency, coordination, and reach; Lead high-quality, innovative production that prioritizes accuracy, clarity, and responsible dissemination; Advance and support strategic partnerships with law enforcement, Jewish communal security organizations, and other key stakeholders; Serve as a senior operational and strategic partner to leadership and the broader organization. Demonstrated experience leading complex operations in mission-driven, high-stakes environments; Solid judgment and a demonstrable commitment to accuracy, quality, and responsible information sharing; Proven ability to design, integrate, and improve operational systems and workflows, including the use of technology; Strong financial acumen, including budget planning and resource management; Excellent organizational, communication, and people leadership skills; Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments; Collaborative leadership style with deep experience working cross-functionally.
