We have developed systems to support clinicians in navigating any personal or professional needs during their employment.</li><li>Our Directors and non-clinical employees focus on systems analysis, performance management, and behaviorally-based safety so clinicians can efficiently incorporate those systems into treatment. </li><li>Strong emphasis for clinicians to build business acumen. Our data is shared transparently so that our staff have the knowledge to be comfortable with the business component of the organization. </li><li>PTO means PTO. Billable hours are prorated during PTO and holidays. </li><li>Transparency with caseload decisions.<ul><li>Our unique caseload structure assigns cases based on a combination of diagnostic, environmental, and family variables. </li><li>Caseloads are adjusted up when clients make progress according to our system and are adjusted down if these variables increase. The decision to adjust caseloads is a collaborative decision between clinician and supervisor.</li><li>Clinicians will always be able to prepare for changes in their caseload based on our system, never exceeding 25 hours per week. </li></ul></li><li>Clinical growth opportunities. experience in ABA (1+ year preferred)</li><li style="line-height:15pt">Professional, ethical, and effective communication skills</li><li style="line-height:15pt">Ability to maintain professional boundaries and seek supervision as needed</li><li style="line-height:15pt">Strong time management and organizational skills</li><li style="line-height:15pt">Commitment to ongoing clinical development and supervision</li></ul>Experience Needed:<ul><li style="line-height:15pt">Prior experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly preferred</li><li style="line-height:15pt">Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavior management strategies</li><li style="line-height:15pt">Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting within clinical or educational settings</li><li style="line-height:15pt">Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining confidential medical records</li><li style="line-height:15pt">Background in teaching or supporting individuals with special needs is advantageous</li><li style="line-height:15pt">Patience, empathy, strong communication
