Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing Phoenix, Arizona campus! Schedule: M-F 7am - 10am (+ coverage as needed for backup) Approximately 15-18 per week This position is located 100% on-site at the campus.  Arizona College of Nursing is a rapidly growing, nursing school that transforms people’s lives by preparing them for careers in nursing and improving communities through the care its graduates provide. What You'll Do::
The Campus Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Campus Receptionist will be responsible for greeting campus visitors, answering internal calls, flow of internal correspondence, clerical duties, and projects as assigned.<ul><li>Greet and direct visitors around the campus.</li><li>Answer internal calls and direct the caller to the appropriate person; if asked for by name, or department.</li><li>Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, minimizing the time a caller is put on hold or a visitor is waiting.</li><li>Connect students and visitors with Academic Operations resources.</li><li>Assist campus leadership with clerical duties and special projects, as assigned, which may include crafting professional communications with little to no oversight.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality, following HIPAA, FERPA, and other applicable laws and regulations at all times.</li></ul>Other duties as assigned.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree from an accredited college or university preferred).</li><li>Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience.</li><li>High degree of professionalism and discretion dealing with confidential information.</li><li>Efficient skills and experience in word processing programs and Excel spreadsheets.</li><li>Typing skills with at least 60 WPM.</li></ul>

What You'll Do::
As a Campus Support Coordinator at Arizona College of Nursing, you'll be the friendly face of our campus, helping students navigate the College and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. Essential responsibilities:<ul><li>Be the Campus Ambassador: Greet visitors, provide directions, and answer questions about our BSN program.</li><li>Manage Campus Communications: Handle incoming calls, take messages, and coordinate mail delivery.</li><li>Keep Us Organized: Maintain office supplies, order replacements, and assist with administrative tasks.</li><li>Support Students: Assist prospective students by scheduling appointments, connecting to resources, and obtaining documentation.</li><li>Ensure Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA, FERPA, and other regulations to protect student privacy.</li><li>Proctor Exams: Oversee A2 admissions tests to ensure a fair and secure testing environment.</li><li>Collaborate and Grow: Work as part of a team to achieve our shared goals and continuously develop your skills.</li></ul> At Arizona College of Nursing, we believe in a collaborative approach where all colleagues work together towards our shared goals.
