A Day in the Life of the Direct Sales Lead: The Direct Sales Lead is an outside sales role responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and supporting the effectiveness of the Direct Sales team. The Direct Sales Lead will also support new hire onboarding, conduct field-based training, and work alongside team members in assigned territories, including participating in door‑to‑door customer engagement as needed.
