This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with trade and technical schools across the U.S. to ensure a strong and sustainable talent pipeline aligned with our hiring needs-particularly in skilled trades roles such as HVAC technicians, electricians, general maintenance, and automation engineering specialists.
