Evaluates collateral as compared to the loan amount. Evaluates the borrower's existing banking relationship. Ensures that property specifications and loan terms meet financial institution requirements and government regulations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Contact mortgage borrowers via telephone and written or electronic communication using a manual list while obtaining all of the necessary permissions.
