Enforcing policies and establishing company goals by managing and overseeing logistics, operations, and distribution staff; Managing and coordinating financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency; Creating inventory control procedures, including keeping records of purchases and paying suppliers for profit maximization; Managing office staff job results by coaching, counseling, planning, and appraising job results; Managing and working closely with administrative staff; Managing the movement of goods into and out of facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of operations; Ensuring that the quality of services rendered is superb by directing staff, interacting directly with clients, and overseeing final work product; and. REQUIREMENTS: 2 years in any occupation demonstrating management experience and a BA/BS in Business, Economics, Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent.
