ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, trenchers, skid steers, and rock saws Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation Assist crews with groundwork and installation tasks Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness of underground and overhead utilities Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions Travel to job sites, including overnight out-of-town assignments; overtime may be required Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed COMPANY BENEFITS - We Invest In You — your career, your success, and your future.
