We focus on treating individuals involved in accidents, work-related injuries, and those with health insurance. We are seeking a highly experienced Practice Operations MANAGER to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of our growth.Position Summary:The Practice Operations MANAGER will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the practice across multiple locations. This key leadership role requires a hands-on executive with deep experience in medical practice management, including a strong background in auto accident, workers' compensation, and commercial insurance workflows.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and optimize all clinical and administrative operations.Drive performance and efficiency across scheduling, patient flow, and front/back office processes.Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, coding standards, and payer requirements.Streamline operations and protocols for motor vehicle accident (MVA), workers' compensation, and out-of-network commercial insurance cases.Work directly with physicians, department heads, and staff to support quality patient care and operational excellence.Manage hiring, training, and performance of staff across departments.Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies based on data analysis.Lead expansion efforts and integration of new sites and service lines.Required Qualifications:5+ years of operations leadership experience in a medical practice setting (orthopedic, spine, or pain management preferred).5+ years of experience handling MVA, Workers' Comp, and commercial insurance processes.Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive accountability.Proficiency in medical , EHR systems, and healthcare compliance.Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $100,000 – $200,000 depending on experienceHealth insurancePaid time off (PTO)Bonus structure based on performanceProfessional growth opportunities

Sales ConsultantThe Sales Consultant is responsible for achievement of goals through direct sales of custom homes in the SW Florida area. Operating hours:  M-F: 10AM-5PM. Model location:  617 El Dorado Pkwy W. Weekend work is covered by another employee. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assure proper coverage for the model home at all business times</li><li>Develop and maintain customer database </li><li> Generate and qualify new home prospects (phone, email, other) </li><li> Register all customers with detail recorded if they had a realtor </li><li> Coordinate all design appointments generating complete color selection package for each home</li><li> Manage options or any change orders or subsequent pricing requests with GM and Purchasing</li><li>Ensure all current contracts, forms, and sales disclosures are used to prevent legal consequences</li><li> Coordinate with Sales Assistant in scheduling, meetings, communication, and documentation for a successful home building process for the client and business</li><li> Work with management for accurate pricing for fill, stem wall, culvert, driveway, impact and connection fees for on your lot building agreements</li><li> Act as a liaison with scheduled progress updates, emails, and photos </li><li> Track financing and component parts necessary for closing within original timeline </li><li> Participate with the client with kick-off, frame/electrical, and final walk-through </li><li> Direct homeowners to warranty procedure when necessary </li></ul>Other Duties: <ul><li> Represent the company with honesty and integrity at all times </li><li> Adhere to the principles of fair housing laws at all times </li><li> Market affiliate homesites in conjunction with homebuilding operations </li><li> Coordinate activities on special events (parade, fundraisers, grand openings, etc.) </li><li> Arrange for realtor events and parties with adjusted hours as needed at the model home </li><li> Weekly email correspondence to recent MLS Gulf-Access lot transfers </li><li> Assist in developing sales presentations and marketing material for use in the sales office, real estate offices, board events, design studio, and industry networking venues</li><li> Prepare weekly model traffic reports </li><li> Shop competition regularly to analyze sales, products, design trends, and strategy </li><li> Prepare sales action plans and schedules</li><li> Actively request and follow up on any maintenance needs of the model homes </li><li> Make recommendations on spec home upgrades, material, and color selections </li><li> Work with designers on any models we may build </li></ul>Other Details: <ul><li>Monday through Friday position</li><li>3+ years of experience selling in a custom home building environment(preferred) </li><li> This position is an independent contractor (1099) position </li><li>Commission advance/draw against future earnings</li><li>Commission is paid half at contract and half at slab </li><li> Full commission immediately if client submits a 20% deposit </li><li>Company pays 50% of healthcare for individual</li><li>Draw provided...earnings expected to be $200k+</li></ul>
