Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, or a related field and has successfully completed either: 1) practicum (or internship) that included a minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised direct service in a mental health setting; or 2) minimum one year of documented clinical experience under the supervision of a QMHP. From birth to end of life, Lifelong Access provides a continuum of services and supports for families, children, teens, and adults including residential housing, vocational development, supported employment, high school transition, behavioral health counseling and services, and a wide variety of pediatric therapy supports.
