Job Description: We are looking to add a Dispatcher position to our team. This position plays an integral role in supporting the multifaceted functions of the company. The candidate must be a dedicated, organized, self-motivated individual who strives for success. This individual must be a team player as well as handling tasks alone in a fast-paced environment. The position is a minimum 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, with some OT required as needed.This individual will assist in tasks, including but not limited to:<ul><li>Monitoring routes</li><li>Monitoring schedules for field crews.</li><li>Providing timely information to drivers and crews</li><li>Tracking field crews’ daily progression and routes</li><li>Auditing Compliance with Union CBA, Rest and Meal Breaks.</li><li>Maintaining records</li><li>Providing reports</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous work experience (2 years)</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask with good time management skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficient Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Office, Samsara a plus.</li><li>Previous construction office experience a plus</li><li>HR Experience a plus</li></ul> Benefits:<ul><li>Hourly pay of $22 - $30 per hour (DOE)</li><li>Full Health Coverage</li><li>401k/401k Match</li><li>Paid Sick Leave</li><li>Paid Vacation.</li></ul> EOE: race/color/religion/sex/sexual orientation/gender identity/national origin/disability/vet.
