Working closely with the Program Manager, policy analysts, Government stakeholders, technical teams, and HeiTech corporate managers, the Senior Data Analyst will also oversee assigned personnel and help ensure analytical products are accurate, reproducible, timely, and suitable for executive decision-making. The role includes monitoring data quality, identifying and resolving errors, developing recurring and ad hoc reports, supporting system improvements, refining business processes, and presenting complex information through effective tables, visualizations, and statistical products.
